Jack the cat is an eye popping, winking fidget toy with super cute appeal!  When you squeeze the eyes pop, making a slight sound also, which is satisfying for many.  Great for fun, fidgeting and also for a fine motor work out.  
If eyes pulled, they will come off so not suitable for those that like to 'deconstruct' or chew on their supports.  Not suitable for 3 years and under due to choking risk or for those that are rough on toys.  If the seal on the bottom is broken, he will no longer eye pop.  Sometimes when you pop him one eye can slightly stay open but with a few more squeezes generally frees up.
